Piercing Notice ... We can not express enough, the need to have any piercing done in a very sterile application. You are
actually getting a "minor surgery" preformed. The chance for infection is far greater (in my opinion) than that of getting a tattoo.
Always watch the Piercer weather in a mall, a boutique, Tattoo parlor, and especially during a "Mobile" application. Make certian
that the piercer uses gloves and sterilizes his hands completely. Do not allow anyone to do a piercing without thourghly desinfecting
themselves and the area being pierced. Check the needles to assure sterile packaging. Also the jewelry must be sterile. Do Not re-use
old jewelry on a new piercing. The dangers covers a much broader topic than what we can cover here...just Don't re-use...ever...
A piercing can be a beautiful thing if applied properly. The jewelry must be fitted to to proper size of the application. Many piercers
neglect to measure the ENTRY and EXIT pierce and assure that the jewelry will fit (span) the distance correctly. Remember there will
usually be swelling. Did your piercer allow for this so you piercing is not "tight or squeezed" by the skin. If not...then you got
a poor application....
