Also, you can hire anybody to work for you as you wish...you will be the responsible party when you do such an action.....some real new news huh? I bet...... you already knew that though..... Think about it...... You can hired your cousin to put a new roof on your house. Also you can hire John Doe from next door to built a house for you. You can hire anyone you wish for just about anything you want. You can hire anyone to apply a tattoo if you want them. Even if mobile tattooist are not given a license in the state or county you live in. A license does not make a good tattooist without a license it means they cannot solicite business to you or sell them selves to you. But you can still approach or solicite their service or to them. You can hire a friend to work on your car, but he has to have a license to solicite you or sell his service to you., but you can still hire him, if you wish.

But you have to be the one to ask, and the one to hire him....they cannot solicite you.....Get the picture......You must do the soliciting. It is your right as an American to hire who you wish to work for you.

Who knows.......I possible, could be your cousin......................wouldn't that be a hoot..!!!

But just in case it bears repeating... with any business, roofers, siding, & especially tattooist, ect......it is always ...The who, contracts who, is the real question...or who, solicites who, in a maner of speaking. You have the right to hire whom you wish to do what ever..... You have the right to solicite us, anywhere, anytime, if you wish. As a mater of fact we like being solicited.
